Career Assurance Program: If you choose to pay your tuition up front or through our Installment tuition option, you may be eligible for our Career Assurance Program.
Job Offer Guarantee: We guarantee that if you meet the program requirements and do not receive job offers paying at least $52,000 per year (or $4,333 per month) within 365 days after receiving your RN license, you won’t have to pay for your education.
100% Tuition Refund: As a testament to our belief in our results, we will refund your entire tuition costs.

If you meet all the qualifying criteria mentioned above, including passing the NCLEX examination, and do not secure a job, or any combination of jobs, paying $52,000 or more per year (or $4,333 or more per month) for at least 3 consecutive months, you can request a Tuition Refund within 30 days. We will refund 100% of your tuition.

Our installment tuition option allows you to pay for your education in smaller, more manageable payments throughout the year. This can help you better budget your expenses and make it easier to focus on your studies without worrying about large lump sum payments.
With our deferred tuition option, you can delay paying for your education until after you graduate and start working in your chosen field. This can be especially beneficial for students who may not have the means to pay for tuition upfront or who want to focus on their education without the added stress of financial obligations.

The Career Assurance Program provides students with access to career resources, job search assistance, and guidance from career advisors. We offer resume building workshops, interview preparation tips, networking opportunities, and job placement support to help students secure job offers.
The Career Assurance Program is subject to certain terms and conditions. The Career Assurance Program is specific to our nursing program and cannot be transferred to another institution or program. It is designed to support students throughout their journey at our college and provide them with career assurance specific to our curriculum and resources.
International students must meet all the general requirements of the Career Assurance Program. Additionally, they must ensure compliance with any immigration regulations and work authorization requirements to be eligible for job offers within the United States.
Our career advisors work closely with students to evaluate job offers based on factors such as salary, benefits, career growth potential, and alignment with their career goals. We provide guidance and support in assessing job offers to ensure they meet or exceed the minimum salary requirement.
